We talk through your requirements and arrange to meet and discuss the project

Prepare a fee proposal with design brief outlining the scope of the project and our appointment

Prepare sketch schemes, planning applications, detailed drawings, specifications, rendered computer aided design (CAD) images as appropriate

If required, we can assist with the construction phase and administer a contract with the chosen builder
