Access audits can be carried out in a number of formats to suit client requirements

The practice has basic laser survey equipment and regularly undertakes dimensional and topographic survey work for

clients. Where the sites demand more sophisticated surveying equipment, we have called upon the services of a

number of survey specialists who provide their information in AutoCAD DWG file formats

We are able to prepare the Health and Safety File for schemes which are governed by the CDM Regulations

The office has undertaken many projects in association with a main contractor

Computer generated images of the proposed building can be dropped into the existing street scene in order to

assess its impact at the planning stage

Existing drawings can be converted to CAD files for ease of document storage and updating of records

Our in-house QS is able to provide a projected cost analysis for each project prior to receiving contractors’ tenders
